For its 2017-2018 subscription campaign the Union Bordeaux Bègles, a French National League rugby club, turned to La Maison du Bonheur
UBB fans are part of one big family. As we designed this commercial video, our idea was to showcase the fans, Bordeaux City with its surrounding areas and local business.
We created a commercial mixing reality and imagination: the joy of becoming a fan of this marvellous team. It is our job to create, design and produce films. We wrote the scenario, cast the extras, organised several days of filming with a fantastic team, worked on the post-production, music and created the special effects for this commercial.
We would like to thank the extras for their work, the UBB players Hugh Chalmers and Nans Ducuing, the fans and the famous chef Philippe Etchebest!

Here are some photos of the filming as a bonus.
The “Vendanges du 7e Art” (“The Pick of Film Creation”) brought together an exceptional jury for its second year running. Vincent Pérez, Azouz Begag, Aure Atika, Detlef Rossmann, François-Xavier Demaison and Anne Consigny. Stephen Frears, Richard Berry, Philippe Lioret, Stéphanie Di Giusto, Fabien Onteniente and Sacha Wolf were among other honoured guests.
This human scaled festival gives people the opportunity to meet with actors, writers and local figures offering outdoor film projections, master classes and showing films which are not in competition, etc.
A partner from the beginning, La Maison du Bonheur is delighted to have contributed to the success of this year’s event. We carried out numerous interviews, made films and captivated moments for the occasion.
Some projects need deep thought. How to stage one of the most prestigious evenings in Bordeaux, turn an event into an unexpected interlude?
It is with great pleasure that La Maison du Bonheur worked with Bordeaux’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry organising the Best of Wine Tourism ceremony. Our third consecutive year working on the artistic direction was a success!
The 14th Best of Wine Tourism Ceremony attributed awards to the best wine tourist destinations for 2017.
22 trophies were awarded, 7 of which were gold. The evening was paced by numerous audiovisual projects designed by La Maison du Bonheur.
Public entertainment depends on artistic choices. Here again Bordeaux’s Chamber of Commerce trusted our judgement.
The wonderful actress Armelle and talented journalist Benjamin Bardel hosted the ceremony. It was a deliciously, surprising and wonderfully fun evening.
We directed and produced all of the award winners’ videos, the presentation and the films for the ceremony.
A new type of star is born. It’s what Marie Lopez EnjoyPhoenix and Anna Todd have become. Two different styles using the same medium: the web.
Marie Lopez, at only 21 has become THE reference in beauty tips for teenagers in France and has over one million subscribers to her YouTube channel. She has also brought out a book telling her story.
Anna Todd is a young 26 year-old author, known for publishing her erotic fan fiction saga on Wattpad. “After” comprises five volumes and has 12 million readers.
La Maison du Bonheur had the pleasure of meeting and filming these two strong ladies during their signing session organised by Cultura. Marie Lopez and Anna Todd both shared these two very successful films with great emotion on their social networks (more than 100,000 views) you can see them here (IN OUR PORTFOLIO) or at:
This time La Maison du Bonheur signed a new audiovisual production for Lyon’s Tourist Office. Jardin des Marques, a Bordeaux-based agency, specialising in transmedia, designed The Chef Factory web series and called on La Maison du Bonheur to produce it.
Four days filming in Lyon where figures of Lyon’s Gastronomy scene, chefs with stars, the Mères Lyonnaises (Mothers of Lyon) and one of the ten best cellar masters of the planet … were Armelle’s guests. This talented actress played the role of Director at the Chef Factory, sharing this prestigious gastronomy school in Lyon past pupils’ tips and secrets.
Armelle and Olivier Pourponneau wrote the scenario and La Masion du Bonheur managed the logistics, decoration, filming venue and team and coordinated the local actors. A punchy, dynamic film series to be devoured!
Please rest assured our production team took pleasure in tasting all of our guests’ tips! They were delicious, now it’s your turn to try!
This film is a tribute to cinema. Created and directed by Toma Eloli, some of the scenes were inspired by films of the 7th art. Four different versions of the film are available: 12 seconds for television, 48 seconds for social network promotion, 30 seconds for cinemas and 1 minute 30 seconds (the bonus) for the Festival’s website.
The original music was composed by Cyrille Marchesseau, edited by La Maison du Bonheur and recorded by a symphonic orchestra.
The film was shot entirely in the Médoc region with a 100% local cast of actors. Magnificent châteaux opened their doors to us for the shooting.
Lastly, one of the most important factors was the Festival’s excellent organising team, alongside the Mayor of Pauillac, who placed their trust in us from the very beginning and long may it continue.
La Maison du Bonheur won an award at the Films and Companies Festival in La Baule from May 27 to 30, 2015.
Thanks to the « Marathon Bordeaux », film announcing the beginning of Bordeaux City’s Marathon, La Maison du Bonheur and Bordeaux City won one of the four main awards, the « Prix de la ville » (“City Award”) in the public and regional communication category.
The Films and Companies Festival took over from the International Corporate Film Festival and gives many international producers and directors the opportunity to get together and share ideas. Xavier Couture, ex-Chairman of the Canal+ group chaired the jury.
During the UBB Grands Crus gala evening we had the privilege of interviewing Chef Philippe Etchebest. You can imagine who concocted the menu on that occasion.
This exceptional moment was a unique event in the UBB’s season bringing more than 600 guests together at the Palais de la Bourse in Bordeaux. 460 members of the UBB Business Club and the UBB Grands Crus came together representing almost 150 actors in the Gironde’s wine sector.
We are very pleased that Philippe Etchebest, known for his roles in M6 shows “Cauchemar en cuisine” (“Kitchen Nightmares”) and “Top Chef”, is becoming head of the Café Opéra Restaurant in Bordeaux which he aims to modernise.
Vincent Moscato, an ex-international rugby player, now a radio host, actor and humourist was also there. And we were very honoured to interview him!
We are very happy to announce that the « Bordeaux City Marathon » trailer was given the Audience Award in the category of Sport-Adventure-Tourism, at the 6th edition of the International French Speaking Web Program Festival, held on March 16th and 17th 2015 at the Théâtre du Gymnase in Paris.
The film competed against major national and international projects, coproduced by broadcasters such as France Télévision and Radio France in France.
